Budtender education<\/strong><\/a>, and it’s a challenge that I don’t think the dispensary<\/strong><\/a> owners even recognize in Santa Fe, New Mexico<\/strong><\/a>. They’re happy if they’re making sales every day. They don’t know about the customer experience except from the Yelp and Google reviews, and we know that those are mostly negative ’cause the people inspired to to bitch are the ones inspired to leave reviews. I think the educated and compassionate budtender can make the world of difference in daily sales and in loyalty; in the numbers of people that come back to someone and somewhere that they trust.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
