How Important is Cannabis Education?
Education? Very, very important, and that’s not being fulfilled. I think there’s a requirement to the license for a certain amount of education, but I sure don’t see it. They have handouts or something in their store. Cannabis education is a wide open environment. When it comes to customer feedback, they have what the budtenders in the store are telling them, but I don’t know what that’s worth. That’s why we came up with StrainGO.com to gain customer feedback through education and providing matches for the product that for the symptoms and interests they’re looking for. So I think that’s important. I think that if we are able to fold in the targeted marketing, digital targeted marketing through the education, it’s a double a win-win. While it may not be implemented because of the business owners, it’s going to come from their investors, as their investors will soon enough be saying, ‘Hey, wait a minute, you don’t have any data here to tell me who the customers are next year and why should I believe any of your projections?’ Then, both education and the data realization’s going to be the most important to be profitable and stay ahead of the competition.
